Carbonated Fizzy Fruit

Fizz
Will wonders never cease? Probably not. Actually, you may or may not think that carbonated fruit qualifies as a wonder, but you have to admit that it's damned unusual.

It comes to us from a company called Fizzy Fruit. They may have competitors or maybe not. I'm not sure how crowded the carbonated fruit market is right now.

Here's what the company has to say about their product, for those of you who might be wondering about the whys and hows of all this:

"A special process adds carbonation to the water that is naturally contained in fruit without altering the nutritional content of the fruit. The result is grapes, oranges, apples, etc. that fizz in your mouth. It's similar in concept to sparkling juice or cider, except it’s not juice, it’s sparkling fresh fruit!"

If you're keen to know more, by all means head on over to their Web site, where there's a full FAQ, recipes and other assorted fizziness.
