It's time for another new episode of Bizarre Foods With Andrew Zimmern. This time around he's headed to Sicily to dig into the likes of sardine meatballs, cow spleen and artichoke ice cream, among other things.
The new episode airs tonight on The Travel Channel. If you're reading this after the fact don't despair - Bizarre Foods episodes seem to be rerun quite frequently.

I work with the Travel Channel online community team, and wanted to answer the question Grace left in your comments. The artichoke restaurant featured in the Sicily episode was Nasca’s Artichoke Restaurant.
